Below we explain which data is processed when you use the KAL DEV contact form and which rights data subjects have.
01Data controller
KAL DEV is the controller of personal data on this website. For privacy-related enquiries, contact kontakt@kaldev.pl.
02Data we collect
The contact form may include your name, email address, selected project type, approximate budget and message. Infrastructure providers may also process basic technical data such as your IP address, browser type, request time and information needed to secure the service.
03Purposes and legal bases
- Responding to enquiries, discussing projects and preparing proposals — taking steps at the person’s request before entering into a contract.
- Keeping the form secure, reducing spam and maintaining correspondence — the controller’s legitimate interest.
- Establishing, pursuing or defending claims where necessary — the controller’s legitimate interest.
Data is not used for automated decision-making or profiling.
04Data recipients
Data may be entrusted to providers needed to operate the website and handle enquiries: FormSubmit as the form operator, OVHcloud as the email provider, and website hosting, network and security providers. Data may also be disclosed to authorised authorities where required by law.
05Retention period
We retain correspondence for the time needed to handle the enquiry and further project discussions. If no collaboration begins, data is deleted when no longer needed, except where continued retention is necessary to meet legal obligations or defend against claims.
06Voluntary provision of data
Providing data is voluntary, but your email address, name and a description of your enquiry are needed for us to respond. Without this information, we may be unable to handle the message.
07Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, portability and objection. Requests can be sent to kontakt@kaldev.pl. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Polish Personal Data Protection Office.
08Cookies and technical data
KAL DEV does not currently use marketing or analytics cookies. The website infrastructure may use technical solutions necessary for security, proper operation and protection against abuse.
